After summarizing the use of first-generation products and actual customer needs, Jiangsu COSCO Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. developed a new generation of manual-automatic window-breaking devices in accordance with JT/T1391-2021 and JT/T 1240-2019 standards. This product has the characteristics of small size, stability, high stability, low operating requirements for personnel, and low working current. It has two starting methods, manual and automatic. After the product is started, it will automatically open all the vehicle doors simultaneously, which can help passengers quickly escape from the car and achieve safe evacuation.
After connecting the window-breaking device, button box and window-breaking device controller according to the system diagram (optional voice broadcast speaker), the system enters the working state. At this time, the button box displays a green light and the window-breaking device also displays a green light. When public transportation encounters danger, there are two ways to activate the window-breaking device.
Button box start: Open the button box cover and press the red start button. All window-breaking devices installed on the windows will start. The glass will break and the door will automatically open (optional function). At the same time, the yellow and green lights of the button box will flash alternately. The voice broadcast speaker (optional) will announce: "The window-breaking device has been activated. Please evacuate in an orderly manner!"
Manual start: Unplug the safety bolt on the window breaking device and hammer the impact handle with your palm to break the glass and escape.
