Hanging dry powder fire extinguishing device

FFX-ACD0.6-ZY and FFX-ACD0.8-ZY suspended dry powder fire extinguishing devices are composed of containers, ultra-fine dry powder, gas-generating powder blocks, starting initiators (thermal initiators, electric initiators), temperature control switches, powder spraying pipelines, emergency start alarm button boxes and fire extinguishing device fixing brackets.

The device can be activated in the event of a fire via three system connections (optional):

1.The ambient temperature reachesAt 138℃ (optional 105℃), the temperature sensing cable is closed and the fire extinguishing device starts automatically through the electric start signal;

2. When the ambient temperature reaches 170°C or an open flame occurs, the thermal initiator is ignited and transfers the open flame to the fire extinguishing device for automatic start;

3. By pressing the emergency start alarm button, the fire extinguishing device can be started manually.

Multiple starting methods, multiple guarantees, and sound and light feedback from the button box after starting. It can realize early warning of fire in the early stage of fire in the protected area and automatically start fire extinguishing in time.

This device adopts pressureless storage. When it starts working, the interior is instantly pressurized, the valve is opened at a constant pressure, and the fire extinguishing agent is transported through the nozzle pipe network. The fire extinguishing agent is quickly and evenly sprayed to the protected space in multiple directions, forming an instant flooding effect in the protected space. It implements all-round coverage of the protected object, which can effectively suppress the occurrence of secondary fires in the protected space.
